1. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees.
These additional charges may be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery , it's not included in delivery fee .

2. Customers have right to require declaration of package value and category before sending the package , will take responsibility for any consequence .

If customers don’t accept the package because of tax or package is not available to delivery and returns to DEVILCASE , DEVILCASE will only refunds the value of item if it’s completed and brand new , won’t refund the delivery fee back to you ; if you require us to send the second time , you have to pay the delivery fee of second time .
5. Customers can refund or exchange the item if it’s brand new and completed , but have to pay the delivery fee that sending item back to DEVILCASE and DEVILCASE send the exchange item to you .
6. We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered.

If the item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify the customer that the package has been returned by the post office. Our team will automatically refund our customer for the purchase ; however, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
