Q : How can I join DEVILCASE website as a member ?

A : You will become a member when first time you order from DEVILCASE website , you don’t have to apply separately .



Q : How can I confirm my order is completed ?

A : Once you receive our e-mail about order , that means we have received your order and will prepare sending your item out .

If you have already completed the order and transferred the payment as well but our website shows that your order didn’t completed , please notify us as soon as possible .

Q : Why can’t I login in ? Did my order completed ?

A : Maybe your order hasn’t completed because of some reason , if you did transferred to us from PayPal , please notify us as soon as possible .

Or your e-mail address isn’t correct , please notify us your name or phone number through e-mail so we can check if there’s your order .



Q : When will you send my product out ?

A : We will try our best to ship out your order within 1-3 days , but orders may still be subject to delays in certain circumstances .

Most of packages will be shipped out sooner than this.

We are unable to ship out packages on Closed days such as Saturday, Sunday, and Taiwanese Holidays .

After it has been shipped , we will mail you the EMS tracking number , so make sure that your e-mail is correct .
It used to take 24-48 hours for any tracking services to update , 
 you can track your package on your country’s EMS branch website or Taiwan EMS .


Orders that are placed on Weekends or Holidays will be considered a "next business day order" .

Example: If order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order.

Order Cut Off Time : 11:00 AM (GMT+8) - Any order made after 11:00 AM (GMT+8) will be considered a Next Business day order

Q : Do I have to install glass protector by myself ?

A : You can consult about our teaching video to estimate if you can install it by yourself or not , every steps are very important , or you can find a mobile store in local to install for you as well .



Q : I’m waiting so long and still haven’t receive my package , and EMS website shows nothing new , is my package missing ?

A : Please contact us to investigate the package’s condition for you , if EMS confirms that the package is missing , they will compensates the total value on the commercial invoice , you can consider about we refund the payment to you or send your package again .
