Q : How can I join DEVILCASE website as a member ?

A : You will become a member when first time you order from DEVILCASE website , you don’t have to apply at frist .

 

 

Q : How can I confirm my order is completed ?

A : Once you receive our e-mail about order , that means we have received your order and we will prepare sending your order out .

If you have already completed the order and transferred the payment as well but our website shows that your order didn’t completed , please notify us as soon as possible .

Q : Why can’t I login in ? Is my order completed ?

A : Maybe your order hasn’t completed because of some reason , if you did transferred to us via PayPal , please notify us about it as soon as possible .

Or your e-mail address isn’t correct , please notify us your name or phone number through e-mail so we can check if there’s your order .

 

 

Q : When will you send my product out ?

A : We will try our best to ship out your order within 1-3 days , but orders may still be subject to delays in certain circumstances .

Most of packages will be shipped out sooner than this.

We are unable to ship out packages on Closed days such as Saturday, Sunday, and Taiwanese Holidays .

After it has been shipped , we will mail you the EMS tracking number , so make sure that your e-mail is correct .
It used to take 24-48 hours for any tracking services to update , 
 you can track your package on your country’s EMS branch website or Taiwan EMS .

 

Orders that are placed on Weekends or Holidays will be considered a "next business day order" .

Example: If order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order.

Order Cut Off Time : 11:00 AM (GMT+8) - Any order made after 11:00 AM (GMT+8) will be considered a Next Business day order 

Example: If an order is placed on Monday 01:00 PM (GMT+8) , it will be considered a Tuesday order .

Pre-Order : Pre-Order may have different shipping terms and conditions , please consult about information on selling page .

 

 

Q : Will the Customs charges me for the package ?

A : The shipping fee is not includes the Customs taxes , we are no longer ask customer before sending .

We can’t familiar to how do every countries rule their Customs , but we did got some complains about the Customs charged extra fee from customers from U.K. , Israel and Spain .

If you require us to declare value or package category (documents/gift/sample/Merchandise/others) you want , please remark on your order or mail us before sending , but if the package missing unfortunately , EMS will only compensates the value we declared , and you have to consider about any consequence of it .

If you refuse the package just because of taxes , we can only refund the value of item without delivery fee after we receive the item , Taiwan EMS wouldn’t refund the delivery fee back to you or us , neither .

 

 

Q : How can I track my package ?

A : We will provide you the EMS tracking number once we send your package out , you can track your package on your country’s EMS branch website or Taiwan EMS .

Q : How many days it takes to deliver after sending out ?

A : The following information is according to EMS website about how many days it takes to deliver after the package arrives EMS branch that services your country (not includes if the Customs stops and checks the package or any unexpected accident) :

Q : My purchase two pre-order products and their delivery date are different , can you send one of them first ?

A : If you require send the product separately , we would charge you 2 different delivery fee . Please contact with us .

 

 

Q : How can I revise my order ?

A : We can revise your order before we send your package out , please contact with us .

 

 

Q : Do I have to install glass protector by myself ?

A : You can consult about our teaching video to estimate if you can install it by yourself or not , every steps are very important , or you can find a mobile store in local to install for you as well .

 

 


Q : I've been waiting so long and still haven’t receive my package , and EMS website shows nothing new , is my package missing ?

A : Please contact with us to investigate the package’s condition for you , if EMS confirms that the package is missing , they will compensates the total value on the commercial invoice , you can consider about we refund the payment to you or send your package again .

 

 

Q : How hard the glass protector is ?

A : It’s about 8H – 9H .

 

 

Q : Does bumper case affects signal?

A : We tried our best desigining every bumper case and avoiding the aerial , but metal bumper case can really affects signal , if your signal is pretty well originally , bumper case wouldn't affects using that much , but if yours is not so well , metal bumper case may not be your best choice .

 

 

Q : Can bumper case gets wet ?

A : Bumper case is not water-proof , it can't avoid your phone from getting wet , we suggest you take off the bumper case and let shock absorption layers inside dry in case they damaged .

 

 

Q : My component is missing , can I order it from you ?

A : We can provide you any component such as screw , screw driver , control key , shock absorption layers , headset plug without any charge .
You can remark what component you want next time you order , and we will send it out together .

 

 

 

Q : How to buy DEVILCASE in Taiwan ?

A : We have reseller in Hsinchu , Kaohsiung and Taipei , you can ask them about items you need .
